I had a great experience getting car serviced.

I greatly appreciated the quality of customer service that was shown, and also Receiving call backs regarding my vehicle in a timely manner.

Was lowed balled on trade to start with Then found vehicle we wanted and was being transferred from other dealer said it would be there in morning but dealership failed to follow up and after waiting around hours they said it wasn’t on the way So they had to get it Then dent and scratch on hood and chipped windshield Vehicle wasn’t detailed still had pieces of white film on it and glue Salesman never went over controls of vehicle except for radio and google Never took us to service Then to top it all off when filling out paperwork salesman mentioned he has lowballed trades so he could buy them

The salesman, Ezequiel Cruz was everything behind the excellent experience I had purchasing my new vehicle. He was knowledgeable, helpful, tentative accommodating, and, above all, friendly. Normally the car buying experience can be stressful for me but Ezequiel never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable or stressed. I would recommend him to anyone!

The service was good, except for the fact that dealership doesn't offer complimentary car washes which was part of my oil change plan. Next time, I'll take a snack and not pay for it. If an employee says something, I'll say since I'm not getting my complimentary car wash, I'm taking a complimentary snack.

Rheanna was so awesome and professional. Buying a new vehicle I have heard can be such a hassle, I have bought a used vehicle before. I can say this was the smoothest, greatest, and most professional car buying experience I have ever had. I believe that is because of Rheanna. She wasn't forceful or rude at any point during the sale. She made the experience worth while. And I love my first brand new car!!

The salesman when out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.

The management scheduled an employee meeting at 0830. This lasted on the order of 2 hours. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change.

The service and the people are always terrific. The cost this time is way out of line. I will finish the lease and look elsewhere for my next vehicle. It's a shame. Wonderful personnel, ridiculous charges.

Everyone was really great to deal with scott was our salesman and super good dude. Was awesome to deal with and very helpful. We definitely would purchase from them again.

Don't know if it was an off day or what but it took about and hour and twenty minutes to have my car serviced, grease and oil change. $110 plus later to walk out. Don't think it costs that much or takes that long at Jiffy Lube. But I would not know as I have take my care back to Buick for everything since I purchased the vehicle.

I arrived an hour early, thinking my appointment was at 9:30, instead of 10:30, and they took me early. I greatly appreciate their kindness, and orofessionalism.

Front desk people were outstanding and deserve this 5 stars. The mechanic who did my oil change was a little messy would rate him or her at 4 star Strong oil odor when I got in my truck. Oil was smeared on the door handle and steering wheel.

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Gave the rep all the information about our trade and the exact vehicle we wanted. Got there and was passed off to a different sales rep. It took 5 hours to complete the deal., Found out that we would not get the rebates promised along with the interest rate promised even though we have a credit score above 850. Tried to upsale on products we didn't want. I don't think we will use Alpine again.

People that work there are great but we've been bringing but we've brought our new vehicle in at least four times for the same issue. Service dept works on it but the errors to the leveling system and the caution lights keep showing up. Pretty disappointed to have paid over $90k for a lemon

I got a nail in my tire on saturday called my adviser Mr.Bates he said come on down , which I did , they patched my tire and did a oil change . Thank you very much ........

Got it back 7 days later after fixing leaking rear main seal to discover it still had a leak. Took it back, was told it was residual oil in the bell housing. Told them it still has an oil leak and took it back and they found the oil pan has a leak after they just worked on it!!

Brand new 2025 Sierra had an issue with odd electrical issues that required towing of the vehicle. Generally good communication, fortunately we were out of town and I did not need the truck so they had all the time they needed to find out the issue. Took about a week but never found the issue. Happy with the communication and the effort I think but a bit concerned that nothing was found for what seems like a fairly serious issue. Will have to see what happens in the future.

Able to get me in quickly. It was an expensive service, which I don't remember being warned about at my last oil change, but the truck did hit 100K miles. Rachel is very straight forward in helping me understand the reason for the costs and gave me a break without making me Frankenstein all the various coupons together. I drive 30 minutes to be serviced by this team so I must think it's worth it.

I have been taking my Enclave to the dealership since I purchased the car in the fall of 2013. All the service has been done at the dealership except a headlamp which had to be replaced by Buick in Gallup, New Mexico. Anthony has been my service rep for the most part, as he was in this visit. He continues to be outstanding, honest, congenial. keeps me informed. Can't ask for more.

From the start Doug Oursler was key to me buying my GMC 3500 HD, I was looking at all options I.e. Ford, Ram and Chevy to pull our 40ft toy hauler Doug helped make my decision easier. I have towed the RV and the GMC drivers like I’m not towing anything. So my hats off to Doug and GMC.

We also liked that no one tried to pressure us to purchase right away; we hate those "pressure tactics", but everyone at Alpine was wonderful.

Service was really quick this time. Pete was good as always back/forth to downtown, best wishes to him in retirement. My negative comment, why it wasn't 5-star, is being forced into the new pricing structure. Alpine always does my oil service, and rotates tires every other time. I use my own fuel treatment / fuel system cleaner religiously. Being forced to do the Oil/Tires/Fuel system cleaner package just to push up the invoice price of each service ticket is not appreciated. With taxes / fees it's now $210 just to use Alpine for an oil change. A la Carte should be available and the bundle as an option.

I am disappointed with GMC, This is the second truck that has major issues, 1st 2021 3500 Denali, 2nd 2024 3500 AT4 Transmission problem 54K miles on it. they said it would take two month to get a new one transmission. no loaner vehicle available, Put me in a position to purchase new truck, I own a construction company and need the 3500 for Hauling trailers.

My service advisor, Rachel, explained everything that would be done to my Enclave when I chose the premium oil change service. She also remembered me from previous visits which didn't always happen at other dealerships. My time spent waiting was about what I expected.

Took along time for the service department just to do an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. Then I found out that I need to bring my brand new truck back with less then 7500 miles on it because a pump seal on the transmission is leaking already needlessly to say I wasn't very happy. This is my first time owning a GMC product. Thought they had better vehicles then this???

Customer service was great. Appointment was nice and quick. Only issue is the DEF was still completely empty and on the report it said it was full. But also more importantly the hood of my truck and sides of the front were covered in grease marks and arm prints and hand prints.

My service rep was Rachel Shutter, and she did an awesome job handling the emissions code issue on my 2500 GMC Sierra. She also provided me a loaner vehicle to have transportation home while they worked on my truck. She had my truck completed in 4-5 hours and everything looks good.

Alpine Buick GMC South in Colorado Springs always blows us away with their outstanding team! Quentin Dassonville is the main reason we always come back! We originally purchased our brand new 2023 Denali with Terry Mitchell and was so happy with him and Quentin's assistance. When we wanted to trade in that Denali and upgrade to the 2025 AT4X, along with purchasing the 2025 Acadia AT4, we experienced nothing short of overwhelming satisfaction once again. Doug was absolutely exceptional with his help in both vehicles, went above and beyond with his "can do, will do" attitude and dedication. We couldn't have been happier with these 2 new vehicle purchases and with Doug and Quentin. They treated us like we were family each time we've been in to that dealership. Quentin also had everything worked out for us with our trade ins, gave us a great price that we were hoping for and was able to make it work for the price we were willing to pay. Everything was fine except that I had to pay for them to correct the toe in that has been incorrect from the factory and ruined my left front tire in less than 20 thousand miles and they said I should have requested and paid for an alignment before 5 thousand miles to have it corrected under warranty that is absolutely a ridiculous resolution

Tyler was highly helpful in quickly in serving my 3500 GMC Denali. He performed a diligent analysis to ascertain the potential problem with my engine. However, I remain somewhat skeptical that the issue has been fully addressed, as I suspect the turbo my be malfunctioning due to a seal leak potentially destroying the engine.

No communication on why my vehicle was in the dealership ship for an entire week just to turn off the check engine light. I had to call them to figure out what was going on then I got the runaround. Was contacted by some random hail company that they use, not by the dealership! But by this hail company that they had left my vehicle in the back and gotten hailed on and they wanted my insurance information. Unacceptable.

I’ve owned three different Sierras since 2020 and have always had them serviced at your store. I want to recognize Rachel for consistently being professional and communicative, and Ryan DeMars for going above and beyond—he always remembers your name and makes sure your service experience is exceptional. Under Ryan’s leadership, I’ve noticed a clear and positive difference in the overall level of customer service and care. Also, I really appreciate the remodel of the service desk area—it feels much less awkward and crowded while waiting to speak with an advisor. Great job all around!

My 2024 2500hd at4 had a critical transmission failure of the valve body, which is a major, nationwide issue with the Alison Transmissions and should be under a recall for the new, updated valve body. Thankfully my truck was fully covered under warranty and my service advisor Eric was very good at getting the valve body and transmission ordered quickly for whichever one showed up first, since both are on nationwide backorder; Eric kept me updated throughout the month long wait; got my truck to the hail repair place for hail damage that occurred while it was sitting on the dealership lot waiting for parts and got it my insurance deductible paid for by GM; got me a rental car paid for by my warranty to use while waiting a month for the new valve body (the rental was not a comparable vehicle at all to my truck, but I was still thankful for a vehicle); once the part arrived they were quick to get the repair done and so far has driven great; and Eric was friendly and helpful along the way. My only issue with this long warranty work process, and is a BIG ISSUE, is that while my truck was either at the dealership or at the hail repair shop (which reflects upon the dealership also since the dealership contracts with them), my wheel lug key kit went missing from my glove box (was either stolen or misplaced and lost) and neither the dealership or hail repair shop have owned it (whether their fault directly or not, it needs to be made right) and offered to pay for a new wheel key and lock lug kit. So currently I have no way to change a flat tire to the spare if it happened since they lost my wheel lug key socket. No one should have detailed my glove box after the hail repair, or been in the glove box while at the dealership for transmission repair. Ultimately, the dealership should order me a new kit at no charge since it was either the dealerships fault, or the hail repair shop that the dealership chooses to contract with while under the dealerships possession of my truck. I felt I was given a fair deal on my trade-in as well as the finance experience went very well. I was disappointed by two items. One, my sales associate did not know the truck and its features very well. there were several things she had to look up online and instead of being told all the features, it felt like we only addressed the things I asked about. Not a huge deal, but the one thing that felt deceptive was that the only reason I opted to come in was due to a $5,000 anniversary sale. When I was given the final sales sheet, the $5,000 sale was "overlooked" on their end and acted as though it was an oversight. It made me feel that if I hadn't known about the sales price, I never would have received it. Or, put another way, that I would have been taken advantage of if I hadn't done my homework. It left me wondering what else didn't I know about that I ended up paying for. They adjusted the price down by $5,000 after I raised the issue but it felt a bit deceptive to me.

Still have not had the clear bra, dash camera installed and received the $500 check per promise. It has been almost 2 weeks since purchase. Other than than those items everything else with Mr Larry Terry was well above expected levels. A joy to work with.

My vehicle went to Alpine Service for an oil change and rotate with no lights on the dash or warning messages. I picked it up and on the drive home the TPMS light came on and started flashing along with a 'Service Tire Monitor' message. Tires are fine, pressures were confirmed with a gauge... Attempted to Relearn the sensors but the sensor with the error isnt communicating with the vehicle. This is the second time this has happened with this service department after an oil change. I contacted the management team and have received no response. This is horrible customer service and extremely frustrating as the dealer is over 40 mins away (one way) from my house.

I bought a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain and was repeatedly misled about included packages and features. The dealership delivered a vehicle missing over 7 verified and promised features, lied about pickup readiness, ignored a loud rattling issue despite video evidence, and management was rude and dismissive. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.
