My 2024 2500hd at4 had a critical transmission failure of the valve body, which is a major, nationwide issue with the Alison Transmissions and should be under a recall for the new, updated valve body. Thankfully my truck was fully covered under warranty and my service advisor Eric was very good at getting the valve body and transmission ordered quickly for whichever one showed up first, since both are on nationwide backorder; Eric kept me updated throughout the month long wait; got my truck to the hail repair place for hail damage that occurred while it was sitting on the dealership lot waiting for parts and got it my insurance deductible paid for by GM; got me a rental car paid for by my warranty to use while waiting a month for the new valve body (the rental was not a comparable vehicle at all to my truck, but I was still thankful for a vehicle); once the part arrived they were quick to get the repair done and so far has driven great; and Eric was friendly and helpful along the way. My only issue with this long warranty work process, and is a BIG ISSUE, is that while my truck was either at the dealership or at the hail repair shop (which reflects upon the dealership also since the dealership contracts with them), my wheel lug key kit went missing from my glove box (was either stolen or misplaced and lost) and neither the dealership or hail repair shop have owned it (whether their fault directly or not, it needs to be made right) and offered to pay for a new wheel key and lock lug kit. So currently I have no way to change a flat tire to the spare if it happened since they lost my wheel lug key socket. No one should have detailed my glove box after the hail repair, or been in the glove box while at the dealership for transmission repair. Ultimately, the dealership should order me a new kit at no charge since it was either the dealerships fault, or the hail repair shop that the dealership chooses to contract with while under the dealerships possession of my truck. I had to physically go to the hail repair shop and have the manager look for my wheel lug key kit which tmhe said they could not find. I then called Eric immediately after to inform him of this and left him a voicemail asking for him/Alpine Buick GMC South/GM to make it right, but have been waiting for a call back about this for 4 days now.

Best experience, Terry was great spent a lot of time with me. I was indecisive on the truck I wanted, not that the truck prices are high it’s the interest rates that will kill your monthly payments right now. So I was looking for a lower priced truck but nothing too low end. He made it easy. He was great great to work with

I dropped off my 2026 Terrain because it was having AC issues, they told me it would take awhile so I was given a loaner. The service representative Randi kept me informed every step of the way so I was never left wondering what was going on. I dropped off my car on Wednesday morning and picked it up on Friday afternoon. Excellent service and the loaner car made my life so much easier! I will be returning to this dealership for future appointments!

everything was great except for how long it took. appt. at 11:30 and I was early at 11:15. Left at 1:15 after first oil change and tire rotation covered by warranty. everyone was pleasant and I guess all work was completed property.

Service Center employees are always pleasant very thorough in explaining anything needed for my car. They help me when my car is complete by parking my car so I can just drive off the lot • which I soooo appreciate!! I have been a customer of this center since 2010 and have watched all the changes come to light. The center service center is very clean to include the restrooms • which makes it nice when I choose (if an option) to wait for my car!! Our first time making a deal for a vehicle over the internet and phone. We live 6 hours from the Alpine dealership. No dealership in my area carries the selection of vehicles we were interested in. The salesman (Brent Safford) and the sales manager (TC Moran) were very pleasant to deal with and although they drove a hard bargain we came to an admirable handshake settlement.

My vehicle went to Alpine Service for an oil change and rotate with no lights on the dash or warning messages. I picked it up and on the drive home the TPMS light came on and started flashing along with a 'Service Tire Monitor' message. Tires are fine, pressures were confirmed with a gauge... Attempted to Relearn the sensors but the sensor with the error isnt communicating with the vehicle. This is the second time this has happened with this service department after an oil change. I contacted the management team and have received no response. This is horrible customer service and extremely frustrating as the dealer is over 40 mins away (one way) from my house.

my only problem is everytime I bring my car in for service they tell me I need to replace my air and cabin filters I checked them out and they still look like new only 3000 miles since I replaced them i not sure that they are being checked buy your tech

Still have not had the clear bra, dash camera installed and received the $500 check per promise. It has been almost 2 weeks since purchase. Other than than those items everything else with Mr Larry Terry was well above expected levels. A joy to work with.

I felt I was given a fair deal on my trade-in as well as the finance experience went very well. I was disappointed by two items. One, my sales associate did not know the truck and its features very well. there were several things she had to look up online and instead of being told all the features, it felt like we only addressed the things I asked about. Not a huge deal, but the one thing that felt deceptive was that the only reason I opted to come in was due to a $5,000 anniversary sale. When I was given the final sales sheet, the $5,000 sale was "overlooked" on their end and acted as though it was an oversight. It made me feel that if I hadn't known about the sales price, I never would have received it. Or, put another way, that I would have been taken advantage of if I hadn't done my homework. It left me wondering what else didn't I know about that I ended up paying for. They adjusted the price down by $5,000 after I raised the issue but it felt a bit deceptive to me.

Quinten & Doug were terrific! They were patient and informative when I got nervous about adjusting to all the new technology in a new car. They both worked with me to decide which vehicle best met my needs and Doug helped me get the new screen set up.

My family and I were in the market for a mid-sized pickup and we decided that the Canyon AT4 was exactly what we needed. From researching the different packages to getting in touch with Rene at Alpine; we had a very smooth process. The people at Alpine were very flexible with my family and our schedule. When we did arrive to discuss the feasibility of leasing the Canyon AT4, it was very prompt and professional, which we appreciated. Working with the sales team was a pleasant experience for my family and I and we were able to work together and lease the Canyon AT4. We signed in the evening with a pickup the following day (as the vehicle was recently received by Alpine). I arrived the following day to drop off my trade in and pick up the Canyon. It did take a little longer than expected to pick up but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Rene and the rest of the staff were phenomenal and friendly. If we weren't moving we would certainly return to Alpine at the end of our lease.

I worked with Allison and Larry. Nothing but 100 percent effort. They sent everything I asked for with out hesitation. They bent over backwards to make my purchase flawless. Allison is one of the best in the business. She is on top of it! Larry is very knowledgeable and quick to get his job done, he takes time to make sure the little details are covered. He noticed a smudge on the windshield and went right in to clean it before I took off.

Did a great job with the first oil change and appreciatethe staff. Scheduled the oil change a week in advance. Showed up and waited over 2 hours for the service. Not thrilled about that what so ever. An hour wait is about average at the dealership and not a minute more. Over 2 hours is insane. Will definitely take it to a local dealer for future servicing.

Christian and Quentin didn’t play games. We quickly got to a price that was good for both myself and the dealership. Bottom line approach so I wasn’t worried about hidden dealer fees.

I bought a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain and was repeatedly misled about included packages and features. The dealership delivered a vehicle missing over 7 verified and promised features, lied about pickup readiness, ignored a loud rattling issue despite video evidence, and management was rude and dismissive. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Then after I drove off notice that the piece of paper they put in a window with the oil change had the wrong vehicle and mileage in it. I imagine the holidays would take people's thoughts of Elsewhere like they do all jobs

To compound the issue, we have planned to take our other vehicle in for service today, Monday 4.13.26, and could be without both our vehicles for a few days and force us to get a rental unless a loaner is provided. Sean was great, finance lady (apologies, I forgot her name) was wonderful. Scheduled a drive, made an offer, did the paperwork, out in two hours. I still hate the whole dealer process and actually put this off for 18 months because of it, but this time was not too bad at all. Car prep was a bit lacking, stickers still on car, plastic still on some surfaces, Front bra will need to be redone professionally, but those are minor things. It is a crowded dealership, especially for all the larger vehicles but seemingly pretty good people. Satisfied with all.

Good sales experience with Angela. Poor experience waiting for finance completion and then them not understanding or accepting our TTL out of state financed separately with our credit union. Not enough new vehicle tutorial and assistance and awareness of settings, engine break-in etc.

Brought my pickup in for what I thought was going to be warranty work. I had an 8am appointment, dropped it off at 7am and then got picked up for work. I was told at the service counter that if it wasn't covered by warranty, the diag fee was 229, got it. Waited for most of the day to finally get a phone call to tell me the service tech had just got to my truck and was gonna start on it. I'm already irritated at this point because I need a vehicle for work, so my day had already gotten much more difficult without my truck. I made this known to the service writer, and he told me they didn't have a loaner vehicle to give me but that even if they did, they'd need to diagnose my vehicle first before verifying if a loaner truck would be covered under my warranty, fine whatever. I'm thinking it shouldn't be long before I find out what's going on with my truck, nope, I'd need to wait til the next day, later in the morning for that to happen. Instead, I get an email with a barage of crap telling me stuff like my windshield wipers, especially the passenger side is in critical condition and in need of replacement, which they can do but the wiper blades cost 85 dollars not counting install! At this point, I'm irritated and it rubs me the wrong way completely because I take care of my truck and do all my own maintenance. Those wipers were just replaced 2 months prior to the visit to Alpine Buick service center. It wasnt just the windshield wipers they were telling me that about a host of small items on my truck and treating me like some customer that has no clue about anything so they can try to take advantage of me. So I get the call the next day and the best answer he's got for me is that the air filter is clogged and the truck can't Regen because of it and that's why my check engine light is on. They can switch the air filter out but that's gonna be 90 bucks for the filter and another 35 for the tech to install it, oh and then they can do a manual Regen on the truck, but that's gonna run 385 dollars and my warranty that paid thousands for when I bought the truck doesn't cover any of that. At this point I'm pretty pissed and just ready to come get my truck, cause I could have done all this at my house. I'm busy constantly and I guess it's my fault for assuming a bumper to bumper warranty mixed with a zurich power train warranty was supposed to cover all this kind of stuff, but I guess not. Next time I'll diagnose the easier stuff myself before taking it for warranty work. I got it home replaced the air filter, did the Regen with my computer, and guess what, still has the check engine light on. This truck has had DEF issues since I bought it, something that I told the service center when I brought it in, instead they wanna tell me all the stuff it might be instead of actually doing the real diag work I paid them for. I paid them 229 dollars to do absolutely nothing but tell me a bunch of small ticket items on my truck are bad, which they're not, but because they didnt get the money to replace the stuff, it's on the trucks car facts report saying all this stuff is in critical condition. What a joke this place is, take your vehicles some place else

Purchased a new truck and was given two week temporary tags because Yolanda said the DMV website was down. She promised to email me new tags that I could print out and that never happened. I've called and texted 5 or 6 times and no one has gotten back to me on anything. My tags expire tomorrow and now I can't drive my truck.

Easy as always

As a dealership customer, I was not particularly impressed with my experience. I only stayed and made a purchase because my sales representative, Douglas, was exceptional. We spent the entire day there and were eager to leave. The dealership played music at an excessively high volume, making it difficult for us to communicate. Additionally, all of the sales representatives were loud, further hindering our ability to hear each other. I felt as though I was at a club rather than a dealership. The overall experience was not satisfactory for the dealership’s standards. However, I must reiterate that my sales representative, Douglas, was outstanding.

Service price was more than I expected. Advisor was not there when I returned to get my vehicle and I had to wait for someone else to get my paperwork and keys. I do appreciate the shuttle service so I can work instead of waiting around.

Bailey was super helpful and knowledgeable about the 2 trucks I was interested in. I wasn't sure whether I should get the 1500 diesel or 2500 diesel. After test driving both she helped me decide that the 2500 was right for me. Bailey and the GSM made me a great deal that I was very happy with on a new 2500 AT4 truck. I'll call Bailey again when shopping for my next vehicle.

The folks in service were great. Was surprised with a 3% additonal fee to use my CC. That should be considered on the pricing. Additionally, I last had my truck's oil change and tires rotated in AZ at Earnhardt, and the price was $105.00. The price for this same service was 205.00. Ouch

Roland, who checked me in did a great job. I brought my truck in for general maintenance and to investigate a problem I was having. To fix the problem, the gear shift arm had to be replaced. I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the brand new 3.5 years ago. The Extended Warranty covered the part and most of the labor. However, I had to pay $90 of the labor due to the labor costs exceeding the warranty coverage. So, the labor must be too high at this dealer. Also, the new gear shift arm was not installed properly so I had to bring the truck back the following week. I live 45 minutes from the dealer so it is a real hassle to have to bring something back, 1.5 hrs of driving to leave it and 1.5 hrs of driving to pick it up. Fortunately the dealership provided a ride half the distance. (I had someone pick me up for the other half of the ride.) In addition, when I brought my truck in 6 months ago for maintenance, they wrote down the wrong measurement for my brakes, so I thought my brakes were wearing out prematurely. For this service, the brakes were measured as being fine. When I brought the truck back to fix the incomplete gear shift arm, I asked for the brakes to be checked again so I knew the correct situation on my brakes. It is really important to me that my vehicle is fixed right the first time so I do not have to bring it back for rework. I purchased another vehicle from a competitor in Colorado Springs. They provide a valet service and drive to my house to pick up my vehicle, perform the service, and bring it back to my house when the service is complete. This is an excellent service that I have used for 2 years.

Great service

I was told the csr was reafy, so i picked it up. The service technicians did not reset several service settings related to safety and convenience features, like the power assist steps the height adjusted parking and the braking system. My car gave me a warning that the collision avoidance system was likely not to work because the service break setting was still engaged. Clearly my car was not ready to be picked up

This is a copy of what i sent to alpine. Well I'll tell you we are not happy. We drove 7 hours to get this pickup. We were told from day 1 that it had 16 miles on it. We were trying to understand everything Milly was showing us about the pickup. We never even checked the mileage until we were driving home. When we noticed it I immediately contacted Milly. I told her it has close to 500 She said oh I'm sorry, we must not have updated the information. By the time we got home there was a loud rat-a-tat noise. It goes in the shop Monday. We thought we were purchasing a NEW vehicle with 16 miles on it. Instead we got a used vehicle with 500 miles on it that has a problem. We don't know who or how it was driven.
